Payment
Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Switch, MasterCard, PayPal are accepted as methods of payment. All transactions are in pounds sterling unless otherwise stated.

Delivery
When you order goods from our website the cost of delivery will be calculated automatically. Our aim is to keep all products in stock for fast delivery. Liner Pro endeavour to dispatch orders within 2 working days. As soon as orders are dispatched you will receive an email stating that your goods are on their way to you. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery, if you have not received delivery by this point we ask that you contact Liner Pro. If you have any queries relating to the delivery of your order, please email us at info@linerpro.co.uk.

​The first order can only be delivered to cardholders address.

​Deliveries are processed by our courier. All deliveries must be signed for, goods will not be left without a signature. Please note any delivery instructions which contravene our delivery company's policy may not be followed.
​
​In the event of an item being received damaged, Liner Pro must be informed of the damage within 48 hours of receipt of the delivery. If we are notified outside of this period, we may be unable to resolve your issue.
​
Liner Pro reserve the right to make searches via a credit reference agency as appropriate to verify residence at the address provided. Please note we do not deliver outside of mainland Britain.

​Our courier company may take a photograph of the delivery location or require the recipient of a delivery to sign an electronic device as proof of delivery of the consignment. Any record of a photograph of the delivery location or the recipient’s signature obtained by the courier company shall be conclusive evidence of the delivery of orders comprised in the consignment. In the event a delivery is disputed, an investigation will be raised with our couriers and any resolution could be subject to the evidence provided by them.

​Stock Availability
We aim to keep in stock, or available, all items that we advertise for sale, however there can be occasions where this is not the case, which could be as a result of production difficulties, unexpected demand or other reason. In the event that a product is unavailable for whatever reason, we will contact you to ask you whether you would like us to supply a suitable alternative product or give an estimated delivery date for the ordered item. We will not supply you with an alternative product unless we receive instruction from you that you wish us to do so. If you opt not to purchase an alternative product, we will refund the full value of the product and any applicable carriage charges.
Pricing
Prices are quoted inclusive and exclusive of VAT. Our invoice will detail a separate total of VAT charged for all the goods. The only possible additional charge above the price quoted for the item is a carriage charge.
​Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on dispatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it (please refer to Returns and refunds).

Offer codes
From time to time we provide online offer codes to our customers. Offer codes are for online use only, one per customer and subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to remove offers at any time. Occasionally we might put a unique offer code on the invoice just for you, which is available for 7 days from when the order was placed and subject to the above terms and conditions. Errors and Omissions
While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
All promotions are subject to stock availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

Website Images
Every effort is made to ensure we have the most accurate images displayed on the website, however versions can change so images are for illustration only. In the event that you feel the image does not reflect the goods you have received, please contact our sales team.

Cooling off period
You may, if you wish, cancel an unopened order for any reason within 7 working days starting on the day after you receive the goods. To do this you will need to notify us in writing specifying the order number of the order to be cancelled. If you do this we will ask you to pay the cost of returning the goods to us unless otherwise agreed, apart from this, the whole of your money will be returned to you within 30 days of such cancellation.

Returns Policy
We at Liner Pro aim to provide you with as much information as we can about each product so that you can make an informed purchasing decision.
​If your order has been delivered damaged, is unwanted or you've ordered the wrong item:

Any damaged items should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

​Incorrectly supplied items
If you have received the incorrect item or you are missing items from your order, please inform us within 48 hours of receipt by emailing us to info@linerpro.co.uk or the returns section for those that checked out as guests here. ​

Liner Pro products designed for professional use are not subject to the terms of consumer rights.
​
​If you have ordered the incorrect item from us, you must let us know within 30 days and we will do our best to resolve the situation. You will need to pay to get the item back to us and the item must be unused and returned to us in the condition in which it was dispatched. We cannot guarantee to resolve issues of this nature if the problem is not reported within 30 days.
​If an item has been delivered incorrectly (we have sent the wrong item, or it has been damaged in transit) you must let us know within 30 days and we will collect the item and resolve the situation as quickly as we are able. We cannot guarantee to resolve issues of this nature if the problem is not reported within 30 days.

​If the item arrives in damaged condition, please do not destroy or dispose of the external packaging material as we may need photos of these to help ascertain how the damage occurred. Our team can advise you of the next steps.

Please note that we cannot accept proof of posting as confirmation of delivery.
​
​Unfortunately, in situations where a faulty item is reported and sent to manufacturers for repair, we are not able to supply loan tools for the duration of the repair. We are also unable to provide any recompense for costs incurred by customers during this process.

​PLEASE NOTE: We reserve the right to withdraw or change any of the returns and refunds policies at any time without prior notification.

​Health & Safety
Some goods or materials sold by us can be dangerous and cause risk to health and safety. Customers should ask us for health and safety information about the storage and use of any such goods or materials.
​Contract Information and Governing Law
A binding contract for sale and purchase of goods and/or services between us and the customer will only come into effect when we issue you with a confirmation of order by e-mail. We are not obliged to accept any order you submit.

​Written communications:
Applicable laws require that some of the information or communications we send to you should be in writing. When using our site, you accept that communication with us will be mainly electronic. We will contact you by e-mail or provide you with information by posting notices on our website. For contractual purposes, you agree to this electronic means of communication and you acknowledge that all contracts, notices, information and other communications that we provide to you electronically comply with any legal requirements that such communications should be in writing. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

​For the avoidance of doubt the contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and you and Liner Pro will agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Events outside our control:
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control 'Force Majeure' Event. A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes in particular (without limitation) the following Strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster communicated to you in writing in accordance with these terms and conditions. Impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport. Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks. The acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government. Our performance under any Contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under the Contract may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.
